IraqFreelance is an online marketplace that connects clients with freelance professionals. We provide a platform for posting projects, submitting proposals, and managing work relationships.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
Users agree to use the platform professionally and ethically. Prohibited activities include: fraud, harassment, spamming, intellectual property infringement, and any illegal activities.
IraqFreelance charges service fees on transactions. Fees will be clearly displayed before any transaction. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Users retain ownership of their work. By posting content, users grant IraqFreelance a license to display and distribute the content on the platform. Users must own or have rights to all content they post.
If disputes arise between users, IraqFreelance offers mediation services. Users agree to first attempt resolution through our dispute system before pursuing external legal action.
IraqFreelance is a platform connecting users and is not responsible for the quality of work, payments, or relationships between users. We provide the service "as is" without warranties.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to completion of ongoing projects.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
